Managing Bipolar Disorder and Diabetes Concurrently Promotes and Enables Stability

Managing Them Both

This can be created with the use of your CGM device; allowing you to access all the information you need to create the perfect plan for you.
The important thing about making this a habit is that it becomes something you just do, regardless of your emotive state.
You also need to create a solid support network. These will be people that understand the issues you are dealing with and will help to ensure you take medication and regulate your diet and exercise plans.
Creating an eating plan may seem extreme but you need to think about every item that you put in your mouth. It raises the question of how many carbs and do you have/or have you taken enough insulin?
These are not questions you can deal with while in extreme states of mind, your schedule will help to ensure you have the right balance at all times.
It can be useful to give yourself a break and accept residential treatment. This will remove many of the issues which will allow you to focus on building your routine and achieving your goals in life.
Routine and regular blood sugar monitoring will make it possible for you to manage bipolar disorder and diabetes successfully.
